The Four Seasons Private Residences offer luxury and class at your fingertips. Every detail in these suites is carefully considered for comfort and elegance. The suites of the Four Seasons Private Residences feature ceiling heights between 10’ and 12’, two-panel framed doors, operable awning windows, terraces accessed by sliding glass doors, hall closets featuring door-activated lighting, and a Four Seasons handset allowing residents to access hotel services. Suites can range in size from 1,000 to 9,000 square feet.
Kitchens will feature custom-designed Downsview cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, island with bar seating and Kohler Poise stainless steel under-mounted sink, high-tech appliances, and counters and backsplash in choice of granite, marble or limestone.
Suites will also include a powder room with custom-designed vanity featuring a unique rectangular glass basin, and bathroom with 6’ designer freestanding oval bathtub.
